The King's Garden

It's a place deceptively silent
But for birds that sing there
Take courage lonely mortal
Let go of your despair
For the shadows of the present
Veil the God who truly cares
He's sent His Son to redeem us
And He hears each honest man’s prayers
Though the seed may be buried in silence
'Neath the earth, so cold and bare
Soon it will blossom with sweetest fragrance
In the dawn that God has prepared!
